Checks should be made payable to The Episcopal Church of the Holy Family, with the phrase “Holy Land Pilgrimage” marked clearly on the memo line (to ensure that the payment is credited to your pilgrimage fees). Please note that the amount you pay for the pilgrimage is not a tax-deductible donation and it will not be reflected in your record of donations as such. After the initial registration form reaches Sally, please feel free to submit payments in whatever manner is best for you – you can put them in the collection plate, mail the checks in, or just slide them under the office door.

The total cost for the pilgrimage is $3700, due as follows:

• $500 non-refundable deposit, due on registration
• $1200, due Jan 1, 2012
• $1000, due April 1, 2012
• $1000, due July 1, 2012

The single supplement is payable any time before September 1, 2012.

The deposit is non-refundable. Until the month of our departure, all other fees are most likely refundable (possibly minus a cancellation/processing fee by the airlines if you cancel after the flights have been booked) After Sept 1, 2012, you may forfeit a portion of your pilgrimage fees, depending on what we can cancel (flights) and what has or has not been sent overseas. As mentioned above, this is a ministry and not a profit-making endeavor; if we can get your money back to you, we will.

Please note that timely payment of pilgrimage fees is important. If you are not able to pay by the above dates, please let us know in advance of the payment date and we will work out another schedule. However your payment is used to book and hold reservations in the Holy Land; if we do not have access to the funds as described, we may have difficulty confirming our plans with our local partners.
